Your Google/Outlook calendars are the source of truth, so data is always live and bookings land directly on the calendar.
People who book you (“Bookers”) are not added as guests on your events - each gets their own “magic link” by email, so there’s no risk of mass notifications, and your bookers never see each other. And their online meeting link never breaks - change or replace a meeting directly in your calendar, and their link still works.
