Sign in and connect your calendar
Pay2Book works directly on your Google/Outlook calendar. When someone books, Pay2Book reads your live availability and writes the confirmed booking straight back to your calendar. There is no separate schedule to keep in sync.
To get started you sign in with the calendar account you book from.
Section titled “Sign in”- Go to pay2book.app and choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
- You will be asked to allow Pay2Book to read your availability, write booking events, and send confirmation emails from your account. All three are needed for bookings to work.
- Once you approve, you are taken to your Pay2Book dashboard.
What Pay2Book can and cannot see
Section titled “What Pay2Book can and cannot see”Pay2Book reads your calendar only at the moment it needs to work out your availability, and writes only the booking events it manages. It can send email from your account but cannot read your inbox. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Using more than one calendar
Section titled “Using more than one calendar”Pay2Book can see all the calendars in your account, and you choose how each one is used - per service. Every service has one booking calendar: the calendar its confirmed bookings are written to. Your other calendars can play a part too - blocking your time so those hours are never offered, or offering their free events as bookable sessions.
You set this up per service, on the service’s Availability page, where each of your calendars is listed with its role.
If you keep calendars in both Google and Microsoft, you can link both accounts and choose a booking calendar - or blocking and bookable calendars - from either. See Connecting multiple accounts.
