Plans and billing

Pay2Book has two ways to pay, and you choose the one that suits how much you book. You manage your plan on the My account page.

Pay as you earn. There is no monthly cost - instead a 2% platform fee is taken from each booking. There is no fee on refunded bookings. It is the simplest way to start, and a good fit while your booking volume is low.

A flat subscription - $10 per month, or $100 per year - with no platform fee on any booking. Pro also lets you use your own Stripe keys if you prefer (see Stripe Manual), and includes priority support.

As a rule of thumb, Pro pays for itself once your bookings pass about $500 a month, where the 2% you would otherwise pay exceeds the $10 monthly fee.

Stripe’s own processing fees apply on either plan.

Subscribe to Pro from the My account page; you are taken to Stripe to pay. Your plan updates automatically once payment is confirmed. A subscription renews until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and your Pro access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
