Plans and billing
Every account can take free bookings (bookings with no payment). Connecting Stripe unlocks paid bookings; subscribing to Pro removes the per-booking fee. Your plan is simply which of these you have set up - there is nothing to buy until you choose Pro. You manage it on the My account page.
No monthly cost and no Stripe needed. Take free bookings on one service, verified by email or a Google/Microsoft sign-in instead of a card (see Free or paid services). A free account cannot charge for a booking - connect Stripe to do that.
It is the quickest way to start. Add Stripe when you want to offer paid services too.
Starter
Section titled “Starter”Connect Stripe and you are on Starter automatically - there is nothing to subscribe to. Pay as you earn: no monthly cost, just a 2% platform fee on each paid booking (no fee on refunded bookings). You get unlimited paid services, plus up to 2 free services. A good fit while your booking volume is low.
A flat subscription - $10 per month, or $100 per year - with no platform fee on any booking, and unlimited free and paid services. Pro also lets you use your own Stripe keys if you prefer (see Stripe Manual), and includes priority support.
As a rule of thumb, Pro pays for itself once your paid bookings pass about $500 a month, where the 2% you would otherwise pay exceeds the $10 monthly fee.
Stripe’s own processing fees apply whenever you take a payment.
Subscribing and cancelling
Section titled “Subscribing and cancelling”Subscribe to Pro from the My account page; you are taken to Stripe to pay. Your plan updates automatically once payment is confirmed. A subscription renews until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and your Pro access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
For organisations that want several people on one shared setup, buy Team seats from the My account page. You pick how many seats you need (minimum two, cheaper per seat as you add more), invite colleagues with a join link, and route all their paid bookings through one company Stripe account with no platform fee. Every seat holder gets Pro-level service limits, with payments handled by the company account.
