Pay2Book is a calendar-based booking platform for service professionals. It reads your live calendar and confirms bookings instantly - taking payment up front for paid services, or verifying the booker for free ones - then writes the booking straight back to your calendar.

What makes it different

Most booking tools keep their own copy of your schedule and sync it to your calendar. Pay2Book is built the other way round: your real calendar is the source of truth, and that one decision removes a whole class of problems other platforms live with.

  • Calendar-centric, so no double-bookings or sync drift. Availability is read live from your calendar at the moment someone tries to book, and the paid slot is written straight back to it. There is no separate schedule to fall out of step, so you never get the “available online but actually busy” clash.
  • Bookers are never guests on your events. Other tools add each booker to your calendar event as a guest. Pay2Book does not. Your event stays yours, with no attendees, and each booker gets their own private invite by email. That means no notification spam when you edit an event, and bookers on a group session never see each other.
  • Magic meeting links that never break. The “Join the meeting” link the booker receives is not the raw Meet, Teams or Zoom URL - it is a Pay2Book link that resolves to your current meeting when they join. Add, change or remove a meeting and the same link keeps working, with no stale URL in anyone’s inbox and no need to re-notify the booker.

How it works in short

  1. Connect your calendar. Sign in with Google or Microsoft and choose the calendar where your bookings will be saved.
  2. Set up your services. Create the sessions you offer, each free or paid, with availability. A free service takes bookings straight away; to charge, continue to step 3.
  3. Connect payments (for paid services). Take payments through Stripe, using your own Stripe account. Skip this if you only offer free services.
  4. Share your link. Send bookers to your page; they pick a time, pay or verify, and the booking is confirmed automatically.
